Thank you for shopping with Famous Food Bengal. We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied due to a damaged product, please review our refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Refund

We accept refund requests only in the case of damaged products.
To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • You must provide your Order ID, clear photos/video of the damaged item, and packaging.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.

Requests made after 2 days will not be eligible.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Personal preferences (color, size, taste, “not satisfied”, etc.)

  • Orders that cannot be verified with Order ID


3. Verification Process

Once you contact us with proof:

  1. Our team will verify the damage claim.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.

  3. Refunds are credited to the same payment method used during purchase (unless otherwise stated).


4. Replacement Option

If preferred, you may request a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.
